D ~ Week 28 ~ Bacon Pancake

I've seen this floating around the internet... and decided on a whim to try it! I only have one picture because this was at the youth mission trip breakfast send off... and I was busy flipping pancakes when Z & I decided to try it! ;) 

Ingredients:
Bacon, cooked to perfection - i like it crispy
pancake batter, ready to go - Krusteaz is favorite

Directions; 
Option 1: place bacon in heated skillet and pour pancake batter over it.
Option 2: pour a line of pancake batter into heated skillet and place bacon on top.

Flip when ready.

Enjoy when done! :)
