I've been wanting to make chicken salad sandwiches for a while now. I've been looking for recipes and printed them off. By the time I had a three different recipes, I was missing a few ingredients from each recipe, so I just decided to make my own recipe. :) And here it is.
Crystal's Chicken Salad Sandwiches
2 cups of shredded, cooked chicken
1 celery stalk, chopped
1/4 cup chopped red onion
1/2 cup chopped cranberries
1/2 cup chopped pecans
2-3 tablespoons parmesan cheese
Dressing part
1/2 mayo/miracle chip
1/4 cup buttermilk
1 tablespoon poppy seeds
1 teaspoon Paula Deen House Seasoning
2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
And there you have it. It's so yummy! :)
