These are the leftover boats I used to make my breakfast casserole.
All chopped up and in a greased pan.
Then I cooked up some red onions, bacon, and zucchini.
I cooked up some broccoli too.
2 cups of milk8 eggs
garlic powder, salt, and pepper
All whisked together
Pour over the casserole and add some shredded cheese.Then let it soak over night. And in the morning bake it for 30-45 minutes at 350*.
And voila! Yummy breakfast casserole!
